The booking service fee secures Robert for your wedding day and pays for the sevices provided by him and his team. 50% of the booking fee is transferable while the remaining 50% is non refundable. The $900 fee includes...
The wedding day coverage... up to 4 hours ($80 per hour thereafter). The package covers photographs at the brides home, the ceremony, up to 2 locations(such as the beach, cafes and gardens).
The previews which are the bulk of images that were taken of your wedding will be printed and bound into an album with a copy of previews also included on a CD. The previews will assist you in choosing the images you want for your album and any images you may want in frames or for family and friends. The previews and CD are yours to keep when you purchase a packge.
The Classique album... (valued at $650) A 12inch vinyl Album with 20 sides include up to 2 5"x7" prints or 1 8"x10" print per side.
General Album Packages begin at $2,500 and include..
1. The booking service fee ($1000)- payable in two installments, secures Robert for your wedding day
and pays for the services provides by him and his team.
2. A pre-wedding portrait sitting at a selected
location – This is an important part of the process as it allows Robert to get to know what you like as a
couple prior to the day and you also get to know how Robert works.
3. The
wedding day coverage – The coverage of your wedding will obviously depend on what you prefer. As a
general rule the packages cover the pre-wedding preparations, the ceremony, several locations (such as the
beach, cafes and gardens) and approximately 40 minutes at the reception.
4. A post-wedding album design session with Robert -Here you will design your choice
of album with your choice of photos.

All albums come in a breifcase for easy and safe transporting.

To truly appreciate the value of what you receive in the packages, you need to view
the albums and the photographs contained within them. So an interview is recommended prior to booking.
Frequently asked questions...
1. How far in advance must I book?
Robert does not employ other photographers to attend to your wedding. Therefore certain dates are booked well in advanced. My best advice is if you like the style of work and your sure of your wedding date, book. We have bookings into October 2004. A simple phone call or e-mail will let you know if the date is currently available.
2. Do you take tentative bookings?
It is our policy not to take tentative bookings all dates are free until we receive your signed booking form and deposit. Deposits are non refundable.
3. Will prices go up once I book?
No, Prices will remain fixed for your wedding. Prices booked will remain fixed until 6 months after the wedding date to allow enough time for family orders.
4. What if we don't know all the details when we are booking?
The most important details are the date and contact details in the early stages of the booking, finer details are best left till closer to the date as things often change.
5. We want to book, but we are unsure of the album package we want. What can we write down on the booking form?
The most important thing for you to remember is that you are booking the photographer for your day, It will be assumed you wish to purchase the smallest package unless otherwise indicated, upgrades on all packages are accepted, and package choices can be made closer to the your wedding date.
6. Do you have payment plans?
Yes, payment plans can be arranged on an individual basis with different payment methods accepted including credit card payments.
7.Can we keep the negatives?
The contract you sign states negatives will remain the proporty of the photographer, however if you wish to purchase the negatives,this can be negotiated with Robert.
8. How do we book your work?
Simply phone, e-mail or come into our studio and ask for a wedding contract. Fill in the details as best you can make sure you read and sign the contract before you return it. Your booking is confirmed when we receive the signed contract along with the booking fee, both these items are required in order for the booking to be confirmed. We will then send you out an itemised receipt and confirmation of booking letter. Feel free to phone in with any questions you may have.
